Bishop Auckland Football Club traces its roots to 1882 and has a proud record in Northern football. The club returned to the Northern League in 2006 after 18 seasons in the Northern Premier League.

Heritage Park opened in October 2010. The first match at the new stadium was against Middlesbrough in November 2010.
Club History
The club’s history includes a record 19 Northern League championships between 1893 and 1988 and an extraordinary FA Amateur Cup record of ten wins, including three consecutive victories in 1955, 1956 and 1957.
