Club History
Chorley FC began life as a rugby club before switching to association football in 1883. The Magpies have a long Lancashire football history and became founder members of the Northern Premier League in 1968. The club have won promotion to the National League on several occasions and remain one of the best-supported clubs in the North West non-league game.

Northern Premier League champions: 1987/88 and 2013/14; National League North play-off winners: 2018/19
Club Records
Victory Park has been Chorley’s home since 1920. Its record attendance was more than 9,000 for an FA Cup tie against Darwen in 1923.
