Stafford Rangers sign defender Jermaine Johnson
Stafford Rangers have brought in defender Jermaine Johnson from fellow Evo-Stik side Chasetown.
Johnson, 24, has been a regular for the Scholars this season and signs for Rangers ahead of their local derby with Newcastle Town today.
This will be the defender’s second spell with the club having played for them in 2012 where he suffered a terrible leg break in a 2-2 draw with Hednesford.
Rangers also announced that they have released three players with Steven Palmer, Luke Bottomer and Joel Mills leaving Marston Road.
