Tividale FC In Ground Improvements

Tividale Football & Social Club have given their thanks to GB Tyres, regarding their assistance with the recently announced ground improvement works at The Beeches Stadium.

As announced on @TiviFCofficial last month, improvements have started on both the New Birmingham Road and Birch Crescent sides of the stadium ahead of the next seasons campaign.

Tividale Club Treasurer, Richard Harrison has thanked the generosity shown by GB Tyres towards Tividale Football & Social Club. GB Tyres have provided the club with materials such as hardcore to help kick start the improvements.

On thanking GB Tyres, Harrison said:

“I would like to thank GB Tyres for the materials provided to assist with our ground improvement work here at The Beeches.

“Any help or assistance provided to Tividale Football & Social Club is very much appreciated and these materials will go a long way to improving our facilities for both sets of supporters on a matchday.”

Along with Harrison Tivi Manager Ian Long has also expressed his delight at the on going work:

“I’m really pleased that the work has started because an awful lot of people have worked hard on the plans and ideas of how we improve the facilities here at The Beeches.

“Everyone at this football club appreciates the assistance GB Tyres have given us over the past month, likewise with Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park when they provided the 190 yellow seats for the New Birmingham Road side of the stadium.”

“These works are a major part of improving the infrastructure of this football club and taking our facilities to a very high standard.”

Nigel Purcell, of GB Tyres, said the the company were pleased to have been able to aid the club in getting the improvements complete before the end of the current season.

Purcell added:

“I’m delighted that we’ve been able to assist Tividale Football & Social Club with their planned improvement work to the stadium facilities.

“The football club has experienced great success over the past 18 months, winning both the Midland Football Alliance and JW Hunt Cup respectively.

“Having personally been a member of the club for a very long time, I want the club to build on that success in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One South.

“I would like to think the materials we have provided will ensure better facilities for spectators and hope the improvements will benefit both the football club and local community.”
