Bucks Add Two New Faces In Bid To Beat The Drop

Two players in as Bucks look to strengthen.

AFC Telford have announced the signing of 29 year old Midfielder Danny Ventre along with the Loan signing of 19 year old Bolton Wanderers Defender Glenn Matthews.

Ventre who was a free agent after his release from Irish League side Derry City, joins the Bucks on a deal until the end of the season.

Danny has also played for Sligo Rovers and League Two side Accrington Stanley.

Danny played in a behind closed doors game on Saturday and obviously did enough to impress Manager Steve Kittrick.

19 year old Glenn Matthews joins the Bucks on a one month loan deal from Championship Side Bolton Wanderers.

Matthews who signed his first professional contract at Bolton earlier on this season and has been brought in by Kittrick to add competition at the back. Along with Danny Ventre, Matthews also featured in the behind closed doors game at the Bucks Head on Saturday.

Both players will be eager to get out on the pitch and show the Telford faithful what they can do.
